Sorry, I thought you implied from low altitudes. At high altitudes, yes, it can be launched from up to 100km, but it is probably implied that this altitude is 10-12km and launch speed close to M1 if not faster. It's certainly not a range you should be getting out of a launch with a Su-25T.

 

In addition to this, the target radar would be watching you, it would see the video separation of the missile on radar, and thus know it was launched on.

 

Put in other words, right now SEAD is not realistic both from the perspective of the missile and the perspective of the SAM in many ways.
