FC3: BVR Mode switches the radar system off !

Hi,

 

The Radar is ON but when I change to BVR mode the Radar System is off.

 

to reproduce this problem (FC3, SU27 instant action mission):

 

1. BVR mode

2. Switch On the radar system.

3. Switch to Close Air Combat Mode (make sure radar system is on)

4. Switch back to BVR mode ... (the radar system is off itself)

 

I think the radar system should stay on, until I switch it off manually.

I cannot replicate, going from CAC mode(s) back to BVR mode while radar is on, leaves radar on in BVR mode every time and does not switch it off like you describe it, this must be something on your end, my guess is your HOTAS programming is not correct and is pressing keys to turn radar of when you switch to BVR.

Thanks for checking, I've just checked using only keyboards and it is as I wrote in my first post. FC3 1.2.4, Su27 MIG29S. Switching back from CAC to BVR switches off all systems radar and optical.
