What happen with the trigger: Group Resume

I want to use the trigger: Group resume, but this trigger does not response. I was trying first with the DSC World editor, but no idea what happen. Then I use the trigger creating the same situation with the BS2 editor and work fine. After that I test the same .miz in the DCS World and again non response when the Group resume is request
