Wichid Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I present possibly the most unfortunate timing for an hour long mission. Just to make it extra fun I decided not to bother with the autopilot for general flying... Lyndiman AMD Ryzen 3600 / RTX 2070 Super / 32G Ram / Win10 / TrackIR 5 Pro / Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals
Nopileus Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 (edited) Flew this yesterday, broke something on takeoff after picking the patient up, lost all controls and crashed into a bridge... Edited May 7, 2013 by Nopileus
MariuszDW Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I didn't know it could end like that. My patient survived (supposedly). Those missions are really great, but they are long and can be also frustrating if something goes wrong.
BadWeather Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 You flew way too slow. the red line is iirc 120 knots and you can even go past that. Just dont worry about the shuddering of the cockpit, its not the limit.

I flew slow but I also descended and ascended each valley instead of just flying in a straight and level line :smartass: Lyndiman AMD Ryzen 3600 / RTX 2070 Super / 32G Ram / Win10 / TrackIR 5 Pro / Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals
