Cannot cancel red triangle on TAD

Sometimes I cannot cancel (delete) the red triangle on the TAD. I'm running the latest version of DCS World 1.2.4.11855 on Windows 7 64 bit.

Just about two dayz ago I was cleaning up the map and somehow couldn't get rid of one of those red triangel symbols. So I left it alone.

 

BTW, normal procedure that should work: Hook the triangle and press the red CNC (OSB 7, (CNC = Cancel)).
