A-10C Wathog activations used because of total system reinstall

I have used two of my activations for steam purchased A-10C Wathog licence because of total system reinstalls.

 

How do I get back my two used activations for the product I have purchased?

You don't. The key comes with 10 activations, Thirty days after you use the last activation a new activation will be added. Thirty days after you use that activation, another one will be added...and so on.
