Broken texture on ejected A-10 pilot (multiplayer)

Came across this issue today when an A-10 pilot ejected, and landed beside me.

From above, he looked like a storm trooper :lol:... but the question is, has anyone else seen this happen, or was it just me, as a one off? This happened in a multiplayer game, and was the first time I had ever seen this happen.
