LOCK ON FC2 missiles_data.lua HELP!

Hi all, it's my first post and I'm not sure where to put this so if I got it wrong, please don't hurt me!

 

So I've been messing around on singleplayer and I've also modded some of the data and files. But when I went over to the missiles_data.lua and opened with Notepad++, the top section that explains what all the values means are all jumbled and messed up.

 

Would someone please be kind and tell me what those values mean?
