Update problem

Hey, i just bought Blackshark 2 + update and UH-1H with DCS World. As ive noticed, ive uinstalled DCS World because it had the newest update, and because new modules that arent updated, will not install on the updated DCS World.

 

So, i uinstalled DCSW, installed it, then BS2, then UH-1H.

 

Now comes the problem; I've tryed everything to update my DCSW, but nothing works. I've downloaded the new update from DCSW website, but that is a .bin file, and either my Daemon tools or Poweriso regocnize it, it says, and i quote "Bad line in command", and not just that, i tryed pressing update in the game itself, and ive tryed to press update.exe in the binfile, but that just opens the game, and thats it.

 

So i wonder, where can i download the new update as an .exe file.

There is no downloadable update.

 

The updater only checks once a day. To force it...

 

Start Menu>All Programs>Eagle Dynamics>DCS World>Update DCS World

DCS World should automatically check for updates each time you open it.

 

However, you can use the Updater manually. Find your Start menu folder Eagle Dynamics, there should be an Update icon in there.

If it's not, go to your HDD, find your DCS World folder (where you have DCS installed), in there find the bin folder, and in there find the DCS_updater.exe.

Make a shortcut of that exe file, edit the shortcut (right click > properties), and in the Target line, just add the word update at the end.
