I'm having trouble checking out

I've logged in and added Black Shark 2 to my cart but there isn't a "proceed to checkout" link. It says that I need to login first. I re-login, go back to my cart and it shows me as logged out again.

 

I remember this happening whenever I bought FC3 but I can't remember what I did to give you guys money.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
