I am not sure I understand the question. If you mean save the stuff you downloaded, I would for 'just in case' reasons.

 

As for the copy of Black Shark, don't worry about it.

It's $19.99 on Steam. It is cheaper on the DCS site but transferring the key to you is more hassle.

Save to a folder. Do that for all five files, the same folder. Then go to that folder and double-click the exe.

it says dcs world bin file and its asking me what program i want to open it with?

You don't want to open it. What you may want to do is right click on the link and select 'Save Target'. That should prompt you for a folder to save in.

 

EDIT: I am actually confused by what your browser is trying to do. Right clicking won't work on that download button. I forgot they changed the webpage setup.

Next to the download button does the link, in the pulldown window on the left, say HTTP or FTP. Select an HTTP site and then try it. This is the only link unless you use torrent, there is a torrent link at the bottom of the page.
