bilbosmeggins Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 (edited) Just discovered this on ebay - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=251289490171&ssPageName=ADME:L:COSI:GB:1123 More images here: http://gt-gameulator.com/image-gallery.htm If your not too handy with a power drill then this might be worth a punt. It looks to be very well engineered and robust from what I can make out. I've just grabbed one and he has one left. Gotta be worth it for the seats alone. I got it even cheaper as I submitted a best offer. The description says he's got loads, but the heading states 1 left. Just thought it might be worth passing on to you lot. Be a shame to see it ending up with some snot-ridden kid and his PS2  PS: 2 Seater as well. You could fly with a co-pilot as long as he/she didn't touch anything ;) Edited June 17, 2013 by bilbosmeggins
bilbosmeggins Posted July 3, 2013 Author Posted July 3, 2013 Well, I've had mine set up for a while now, and it is just superb for the price. I've got the canopy setup with it, and it is completely dark inside with just the illumination from the screen and the HOTAS (I now need to buy a backlit keyboard). The unit is absolutely rock-solid. The sliding shelf hooks up to the arm rests, forming a totally stable base for the stick and throttle to sit on. It is so comfy with my arms rested on the arm pads perfectly positioned for controlling the A-10C. Couldn't be happier really as a no nonsense quick fix. The seller still has some single seat options left (which is how I've configured mine) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Computer-Desk-Workstation-Gaming-Arcade-style-Enclosure-/251296652787. A snip at £59. Tempted to buy another and put it into storage.
