Tim Burton Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 I've tried to reset my password (I can't remember my user name either). I put it in, and says it sent an email, but I never get it. I thought it might just be a bad email, so I tried to register and that said the email was on file. I've tried my old email address and I get the same issues. My new email is gmail, but my other is cox.net Can someone help me reset my password? I would like to get LO:FC3 and BS2 while they are on sale.

Spoit Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Hi folks! Same thing with my account... Some days ago I tried to change the password but never received any Email to complete the procedure. Timing couldn't be badder, since I purchased three modules the same day and now I can't test/play/fly them!!! Ticket number is 23264, created via a second account with the same Email adress. I hope you have any suggegions? Best regards
Spoit Posted July 16, 2013 Posted July 16, 2013 My account works again. Only problem is that I still don't have a clue why I can't receive emails from DCS. I never got a confirmation mail regarding the purchases I made, nor did I get any password change mail... Strange...
