how to load profiles?

I got a x52 pro coming in tonight and was curious how I'm supposed to load up one of these profiles up so I can use it with the sim?

 

And is there a 'the x52pro' profile or anything?

 

Not sure what all the 4 way switches are supposed to accomplish... (china, cookie etc)
