Radar Elevation Control

I tried mapping this to the right Y-axis on my controller but it doesn't seem to have the desired effect. Everytime I let go it returns to centre, is there anyway of making it so that it requires positive force to move it back to centre?

Can this setup be changed so that moving it back to centre requires a positive down movement?

Try changing action = iCommandPlaneRadarVerticalAbs to action = iCommandPlaneRadarVertical in appropriate config file. Config files are located in %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\.
