Minor correction with US Army Patch texture

The file pilot_uh1_patch_1_cavalery.dds has a minor error that is fortunately an easy fix.

 

Since the US Army uniform regulations have the American flag on the right sleeve, they actually use a reversed flag so that the stripes stream aft.

 

The graphic should actually look like this:
