Two account is possible to merge in 1?

I have two account, in one i bought flaming cliff 2 & flaming cliff 3, and another with bougth A10c, is possible to put all the purchased game in only the first account?

Yes you can unbind the serial from your account. Upon logging in to multiplayer it will bind to the new account.
