AVZ Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 (edited) I haven't flown in DCS for 4 months. I deactivated all my products 4 months ago too. I am currently running on a fresh install of DCS World. After these 4 months, I logged into the module manager, and what do I see? It only says that I own the DCS A-10C, Black Shark 2 UPGRADE (I NEVER bought the upgrade, I bought the FULL product) and I am able to install the Huey open beta - everything else says that it needs to be bought!?!?!? I logged into my profile on the website, and all my purchases are correctly in-place with the respective CD-keys. I officially own: A-10C, Flaming Cliffs 3, Black Shark 2 (full), P-51D Am I still suppose to install the modules via separate out-of-DCS downloads, and then update them via the module manager??? Need help urgently Edited September 5, 2013 by AVZ
AVZ Posted September 5, 2013 Author Posted September 5, 2013 (edited) Ok, I have been constantly logging in and out of the module manager, and now, all of a sudden, it popped up saying that Flaming Cliffs 3 is available for install... what on earth is going on???? EDIT: There seems to be some serious client-to-server problem regarding the module manager and how it interacts with Eagle Dynamics' user purchases database. Last time I read an update log, I thought it said that 'all downloads and updates should now be done through the module manager' - it would be good if it showed correct purchase information. The workaround, as I just found out, is to manually download all the module installations from the official website and install them - this is the only way, as at the moment, that I am able to get my purchase information (serial etc) to show up in the module manager. Please take note of this developers. Edited September 5, 2013 by AVZ
