quick question if i buy the steam version of the MI-8 when they release it on steam

 

and download the module from here

can i activate it with the steam key or not...

 

i dont run DCSW from steam

Why would you buy a module from steam if you run DSCW from EDs website? Why not purchase the module from the website, too?

because of the paysafe option on steam

i do not own a credit card and im not intend to

You can download DCS:World via steam, and than integrate/buy your keys from steam. It seems that one is also able to register the keys of non-steam DCS modules a second time in steam (at least with modules like BS2, P51 and A10C).

so the key from steam will not work in the non steam installation

Not sure, but the other way round it would work, activating non-steam keys in steam...
