Hi all

I tried mapping Ctrl-+ and Ctrl-- (range to target for RF fighters (range-elevation BVR search)) to one of my rotarys without any luck. Even when I use bands I'm not able to get satisfying results.

Is there any way to map the radar range to the rotary? I don't even have to have it as an axis. I'd settle for incremental.

Anyone?

Ok. Sorted. Had to program in a repetitive ctrl +/- pattern on the rotary.

yeah- it's an axis. called MFD range. Works fine here.

Regarding rang elevation-I would hope that you have your TDC mapped to the mini stick on the throttle- with a "shift" command on your X45 somewhere (mine is the pinky switch)- that same mini stick will manipulate your radar scan cone in all 4 directions.
