Su-25T not locking when dropping chaff/flares

Hi,

this is a weird behaviour I've just detected in DCS World 1.2.6. My test was with Su-25T. If I start a continuous chaff/flare release with Left Shift+Q, I'm unable to lock any target in Shkval because it appears to lock in the flare.

 

Is that correct?
