My Serial for FC 1.1 has run out of Activations.. What do I do?

I have tried their website Tech Support but no answer in 5 days.

For Flaming Cliffs 1.1

 

I had terrible trouble with my video card and reinstalled too many times...just gave up for a couple of years until I could afford a better one. just got the new geforce 780.

Starforce tells me that there are no more activations for my serial number.
