JaseGill Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Hi Guys, Since I bought a few of Gliders panels I figured I should put them somewhere useful. So, my Not Quite a Pit, More a Fancy Desk has been changed a little. All of the panels connect to a Leo Bodnar Button Box 32 (awesome bit of kit) and the touchscreen (an NEC 2090 Touch I had lying around) is running HELIOS which is also running the button box switch inputs. Not a dedicated pit (the panel around the touchscreen comes off) and I am waiting for a few DZUS and switch covers to come to make it a bit better and hide some of the dodgy screws. Also the panels not in the "correct place" just in an accessible one which works for me. Everything sits proud of the Touchscreen (cables etc routed into the back of the panel itself to stop them touching the screen, especially for the MFD's to hide their cabling). All I have to do now is find a way to use the lit Landing Gear handle I have from here and to display the flap gauge in the correct place on Glider's panel, rather than on the touchscreen.
