Horizon Line Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 Hi, I couldn't find it in the forums so here I go. We all know that every track records your head movement and every view you go on that playthrough and camera movements. While replaying a track, if you hit any other view, the "new" camera overrides the track one(s), it's like you're in control of every view even with the recorded simulation still going on (pretty normal, pretty nice) So, what I want to know is, how do you get back to the recorded head movement after going, i.e. external view (F2) etc? It is even possible? Cheers - Horizon
Devrim Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Yea, right. That's annoying. First, I record cockpit without touching anything. And then, record F2 or other views... But, you can do like that if you have a video editor software. Devrim Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 I use Freetrack. I'm not sure it's related with it or not, or there's a key to resume headtrack movements. Well, for now, it seems impossible to me. DCS replays track as it is, if we touch any F key, it thinks we want to override the cam authority. Actually this may be a normal behavior. I (we) will be pleased if ED add a keycommand to resume camera track again.
