As a pilot you have to be able to move head a little more to the right, with the sight going sideways, else you have to be totally sure that the sight is in place or make sure the sight is 'floating' to the left. I were almost going insane from trying to hit something as the missiles/guns went far to the left.

Now I have to do offcenter shooting, don't the sight move to the right side too in the real heli?

EDIT-> Never mind, must've been a Track-Ir hiccup all day yesterday, from alt tabbing

EDIT2-> Found the bug (in my case) I'll post it in lower post!

Can you describe your problem a little more? The reflex sight is fixed and it is aiming down there where the nose of the heli is pointing. Imho it is working as it should...

I know it was a bit messy explanation i made.. but in short:

Move head to left and sight starts disappearing to the left.

Move head to right and it stays in the middle, even when passed it's aim= shots go to the left . A lot if you are leaning to the right too much, so you have to be a little to the left to have it floating, to be sure you are aiming correctly.

The sight should float out the other side too, so you know it's really lined up

If I can understand correctly, your aiming reticle is pointing on different spots when you are leaning from left to right? I don't have this problem, take a look at my screenshots...

Just tried it out again now.. and now it works.. must be some button I forgotten to flip yesterday,( all of the day) or a strange temporary bug (less likely)

went back in the the game after pausing it to write the above apology, and now it gets stuck, when alt tabbing back, and leaning right again!?!?

Found the bug (in my case)

When you go to position 3 (flight-engineer, as I do during startup (or copilot)) you can't go back to position 1 and lean right and have the sight working as it should, can someone confirm this? Or disprove me?

LAST EDIT-> Found it in the bugs section.. and the solution were there too Doh!

Yeah ... I can confirm this. I tested it without TIR, just using RSHIFT+RCTRL+NUM4 and ...+NUM6 to shift my POV.

After entering the cockpit as pilot / seat 1, I can shift left and right without problem. Then I switch over to seat 3 and shifting left or right works also as expected. Back on seat 1 only shift to left works and shifting right only up to the initial position again.

From then on seat 1 shift left works, shift right only up to the initial position. Seat 2 shift right works and shift left only up to the inital position. Seat 3 inherits the boundaries from the last seat (1 or 2) that was used. (i.e. after seat 1 -> seat 3 only left shift works correctly, after seat 2 -> seat 3 only right shift works).
