Ripcord Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Trying to go thru the whole process of reinstalling this thing with all the modules. Got DCS World installed today, and immediately it went ahead and updated to the most current version. That seemed like the right thing to do. Well now my version of DSC World is newer than the new versions of CA & BS3 and FC3 and A10C and all that stuff that is currently available on the download page -- and so it will does not install. Says I have to go get the NEW version of CA or A10C or whatever the case may be, except it IS the new version that I already have. It would seem to me that DCS download page is not keeping up with it the auto-updater. The only thing I can think of is to find some way to roll the DCS World back one release, but I hate to have to do that -- seems like more trouble then it is worth. Ripcord Posted October 12, 2013 Author Posted October 12, 2013 1.2.6.18933 is the current version of DCS World that I have installed as of right now. Just updated it a few hours ago. The most current version of CA and A10C and pretty much everything else is 1.2.6.18651.276-275. DCS, let's go fellas. I just spent all freaking night downloading all this stuff anew and now it won't load. In the meantime, any suggestions? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

ENO Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 It's that easy if you have the current version installed by the sounds of it. Guys trying to get the downloads now from scratch are forced to go one version older- and that seems to be causing problems when you have the new version of dcs world and try to add a new module when the only downloader you can access is from the last version.
