OGREMAN Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Since updating to the latest version of DCS 1.2.6 patch3, The corrector on the UH1H has refused to function properly. I use an x52Pro and have assigned the corrector to the precision thumb slider on the throttle. This has worked well until this latest patch but at this time the "axis add" and "axis tune" buttons show the corrector as properly assigned and responding but when used in the cockpit the corrector stubbornly refuses to respond properly. In stead, what happens when the slider is moved, is it shows the movement on the controller indicator but as soon as the slider input stops the indicator snaps back to the full on position, meanwhile there is no indication/animation of movement on the virtual corrector at all. So at this time the only way to apply any corrector input is to use the mouse controller. Is there anyone out there with a solution to this problem? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
xxJohnxx Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 I think they changed the name of that axis, but I will have to doublecheck that in the evening. It might be called "throttle" now. OGREMAN Posted November 26, 2013 Author Posted November 26, 2013 SOLUTION Thanks xxjohnxx! I incorrectly assumed that such a fix would be performed via the auto update/ module manager for DCS. For the benefit of readers with the same problem ......... you must replace (by deleting the older file then re-start) the input ini file for the module which will also require that you re-do your UH1 H axis bindings and possibly the main hardware bindings too.
