wind velocity and direction markers missing

I remember seeing wind velocity and direction markers on the screen in the mission editor whenever I pressed the weather button. They looked like flags all over the map and changed to show higher and lower velocities and directions.

What happened to them, I don't see them anymore?

They will appear if you set the Dynamic weather. Static weather don't have those
