Flying upside-down makes engine stops.

Hi, I'm new to this game and enjoying playing it.

BTW I recently noticed that if I roll and keep my upside-down position, The engine sounds like

stops. I just guess maybe it's because of gravity that keeps fuel from getting into the cylinder.

But I think it's very unlikely.

I think engineers at that time managed not to have such problem by using some kind of spraying method.

I am just want to know if this is a bug or historically correct.

thank you.

From the link, which is a copy of the original real world P-51 manual:

"However, when the plane is in inverted flight, the oil pressure falls off because no oil reaches the scavenger pump. For that reason you must limit inverted flying to 10 seconds -- which is plenty of time for any normal or combat maneuvers."

So, it is historically accurate for the P-51 engine to die after 10 seconds of inverted flight because it is not getting any oil.
