Regarding beta modules and specials

So, like a few others we were under the impression that beta modules would no longer be a part of sales. I certainly support ED and partner products, so I would like some clarification as I'm not sure if I missed the memo.

 

I lodged a ticket requesting a partial refund and got a response from Wags saying "Sorry that is not possible" which is fine with me. I also have noticed the thread URL regarding Wags' original statement about future products has been removed.

 

Can someone provide a clarification for us, will beta products continue to be included in specials in the future?

I recently bought the Mi-8 module at $49.99 under the impression that beta modules would no longer be included in special offers. Right now, I can see that both the UH-1H and Mi-8 are both listed on this winters special for $19.99 and that both are currently still in beta.

 

Wags stated right here http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1933495&postcount=7 that "2- Products in beta (like the Mi-8MTV2) will no longer be part of sales." which is completely the opposite of what I am seeing right now.

 

Can and will you refund me the difference due to the awkward advertising?

Plans change. We will now base it on how long the title has been for sale.
