outlawal2 Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 OK, so I had some issues with the Module Manager.. Some of my modules were not showing up properly so I opened a ticket with ED.. I also spoke with SITHSPAWN about my isues and he allowed as how they were a few days backed up on tickets and it may be a few days.. (Thanks for the help SITH) Today my ticket was looked at and some very good info was provided allowing me to fix one of the module issues myself.. (Had to BIND my module to my logon as it was UNBOUND for some reason??) The other issues are being looked at now and I believe will be fixed shortly when they merge my accounts. (How I managed to make 2 accounts I have no idea, but they are going to fix this shortly.) My point to this post is simply this.. Excellent customer support guys! :megalol: You always hear the bad so about time you heard some good.. REALLY impressed that you guys are actively working these issues THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS..
