A-10C "Georgian Oil War" Campaign Improvements

With the rest of the team on holiday until 9 January, I have a few days to finally revisit the old A-10C "Georgian Oil War" campaign. While I will not have time to create new missions, I am certainly open to making tweaks, tunings and correcting actual mission creation errors you see.
