drack Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Hi Folks, OK so I have managed to sort out the "View wont zoom in/out" trackir duel function allocation problem with the Su25/Su25T. Ive managed to get the view zooming in/out with the Su25T but the view is still to close. When you zoom right back it does not go back far enough. Does anybody know if there is a view point max number in the files somewhere I can change to get the view to zoom back further? Ive had a look on the net and cant see anything and had a look through the files. Im not looking to change the view parameters just move the whole thing back. Ive tried it with trackir and without just in case that was the problem but still get the same thing. The view is right up against the bottom of the hud when the sim starts and when you move the view back as far as it goes its like your chin is a couple of inches from the instruments. It will zoom in and out but the whole zoom in/out box is too close? Many thanks for any help. Graham.
Vedexent Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 A quick fix - although it will go right back to being "broken" the next time you spawn or load into an Su-25T - is to lean way in close with the TrackIR, and hit whatever you've mapped as the center button. This will mean that when you sit back, the POV will be pulled way back as well. It's a kludge work around at best, but it gets you flying quickly.
Zabuzard Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I think you can set default views by creating some files. In this mod they describe sth similar at "Installation": http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=96116 " You will find the needed key commands how to save a new default cockpit view here:" Dunno how it works exactly but maybe that'll help
