kk0425 Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 AGM-65s are used for long range weapons on the A-10. They out range almost every SAM except for Sa-10, Sa-11, and Patriot. You're better off leaving those 3 for SEAD platforms most of the time. Watch out for Sa-15s since they will destroy incoming missiles. You will have to fire two in rapid succession to destroy it.

I did what is required, i.e., stabilize the seeker and then make small movements until the seeker jumps to the target. My seeker never jumps to the target even though I have the seeker head pointed at or on the target (this is from about 4nm out).
