Maulkin Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I have noted with A-10A that to retract the air brake I must press the 'B' button twice. I have confirmed this with both 1.2.6 as well as 1.2.7-beta, but this is not the case with either FC1 or with FC2. Looking at the throttle quadrant it looks very much like the throttle of the A-10C and according to the manual it is a two position switch so I appears that it should not function this way. No, you can stop the extending brakes in any position if you press B the second time. The third press of B will then fully retract the brakes. This emulates the brake switch on the throttle grip: for extending the brakes you hold the switch in position as it is spring loaded but for retrakting you can only switch it to the fwd position (not spring loaded).

I wonder why they changed it from FC2 to FC3?
