   The Theatre of War (TOW) is a unique, persistent operation in which a large scale, realistic conflict is waged between 2 or more factions. The idea of the TOW is to utilise DCS as a platform to simulate a constantly changing and dynamic warzone in which the Fighter Wing’s actions directly affect the outcome. The TOW is broken down into several stages and is designed to give members a chance to look at things from a more 3 dimensional, strategic perspective incorporating cost, fuel and resources.
