I thought it was just me but I felt like the bomb was doing its damned just to miss, it looked more like a slide than a dive to me. I would watch it glide and when it is almost at the target I would watch it make some "corrections" causing it to fall short.

Indeed guys indeed. I had some success last night. I find that taking out main battle tanks are particularly difficult but soft targets and buildings were easier. I guess because they allow for higher margin of failure. cthulhu68's suggestion made a big difference, aiming at the foot of the the target

Hello guys, This has frustrated me beyond measure. I have spend the best part of this morning testing dropping these bombs and the are way way off the mark. This all started with me trying to do the multiple drops in one run. I have been doing bomb drops since A10-C beta so I can say I am no noob. The bombs are just way off the mark. I know that the JDAMs are not pinpoint like the gbu-12 but it is not even missing by a few feet. I have tried with and without using the laser. I have tried using mark points and the tgp Process: TGT as SPI center TGP on target ( I do this within 5 - 12 miles for minimum drift). TMS up short (point track, I have also tried without this) Lase the target (I have also tried without lasing) TMS up long Laser off Mark-point as SPI center TGP on target ( I do this within 5 - 12 miles for minimum drift). TMS up short (point track, I have also tried without this) Lase the target (I have also tried without lasing) TMS up long TMS right short laser off I have verified that the on the bottom left side of the HUD is showing either TGP or STPT. I have noticed that the later I pickle the closer the bombs get to the target. I almost have to wait till the release envelop is almost expire to get it as close as a cars length. pressing the pickle right when I get the manual release indicator result in the bomb dropping like a field length off. I have tired speed of between 200 and 270 altitude of between 5,000 and 12,000 All resulting in failure I have also tried lasing the target just before I drop the bombs I have had a hand full of successes but I did nothing I have not done before. Gone as far is creating markpoints when I am right above the target but the bombs still miss. I have watched all the video i can find on YouTube and replicated with no luck. I would grade my success as 5% at best Is there now a new process that I am not aware of?

Hello All, I am currently unable to comfortably fly the A10C in VR, the game crashes as soon as I get hit but a missile. Anyone experience this? Please let me know. I will run some test with no VR to see if it is limited to VR only. I have tested crashing the plane with no issues. for now it is only when i get hit with missiles every thing goes black as it usually does but nothing load and i get a crash message on the monitor. Thanks!

The funny thing is people that are whining are not whining out of principle but out of jealously. Yes you bought the module for full price, so did I and the funny part is that I have not yet set one foot into its virtual cockpit. This is not high-school, no one is competing with you so why you are getting all upset only God knows. I tell myself, is paying 50bucks worth it for a certain product if yes, I buy it. I really don't care is someone else in china is getting it for 5bucks. Every module I have I bought for full price. I also bought BS2 because I couldn't use BS2 upgrade on steam, I bought the SU25 and A-10A standalone for full price even though I had FC3. I am a fulltime student work part-time and making minimum wage at best and can afford this games so why grown men with years of work experience are whining only I don't know. Well done you got what you wanted and ****ed it up for everyone. you'll are like that kid in school everyone hates because of their loud mouth and need to be superior or at worst equal with everyone else. The you lost an opportunity doesn't mean everyone else has to lose too.

Ok this really doesn't make any sense to me at all, Ive had a problem with this since the conception of the idea and I feel kind of burned. What am I talking about you say? Well I am talking about the route ED decided to take concern users who already own Blackshark 1 and wants to upgrade to Blackshark 2. I have a few annoying questions. 1. why is the upgrade more expensive than the original Blackshark? I mean Blackshark 1 contain most of the base files to start with. 2. Why didn't ED just bump users who had the BS1 to BS2 status, I mean all that's needed is just a new serial key. New serial key which is still given when BS2 upgrade is purchased anyway. Why the need for 2 installations, just too much work for something too easy anyway. 3. Maybe I am wrong here but with the introduction of DCS World isn't the installation files of both BS2 and BS2 upgrade identical? So why is the pricing different? I could understand if they were standalone games but as of right now they are not. Proposal: I propose that user with BS1 & BS2 upgrade should be given a full BS serial keys. I mean with my combined purchase of the regular BS when it first came out plus the upgrade, I think I have paid more than what anyone will pay to get BS2 full as of today. Why am I flaming? I am flaming because I cant activate BS2 on steam :). I need it on steam, I NEED IT. Once you go steam, you never go back. Regard of what happens, I am a proud ED customer. just purchased SU25 and A-10A on steam even though I have FC3 :) (I know, I am a Steam Whore like that). Waiting for Mi8 to come to Steam. Just a heads up guys, steam now accepts DCS: HEUY activation codes purchased on ED's website. Cheers guys. One more step to my dcs completion. I sort of have a perfectionist problem, feel the need for all dollar signs on modules removes whether I fly that module or not :)

So when I had both A-10C and P-51D installed I couldn't log in. Using the link above I UNLINKED p-51D for that ID and Password. Then I logged in to MP using ID and Password of the A-10C. This links the P-51D to the ID and Password of the A-10C. WAHA!!!! Hope this helps
