Wow, that's cool! A few months ago I also tried to develop a (php-) Script, that retrieves server logfile data and then stores this information in a mySQL database. My aim was a script with installation process, so that it can easily be installed by any server admin. However, things got too complex so I gave up... lol ;) So: Hats off, Zorlac - You've really done a great job! Perhaps I will start again.... @ zorlac: If you want, we could combine forces and develop such a script together... however, i don't know much about perl... only php at the moment. ;)

Hi, :D :D It was really stunning to watch all the aerobatic teams and solo-pilots! I've never seen such precisely flown maneuvers and formations before. I want to thank all the spectators from all over the world and all the pilots, who have participated! Thanks :D I also want to thank the VPG White Ravens: Without their idea of putting up a virtual airshow, this event never would have take place. Hi Gents, We really apologize for the technical problems yesterday. We had our secondary TeamSpeak Server on standby, but we didn't expected, that 2 servers (TS Server and Gameserver) fail at nearly the same time. Since we had also some lags on the server, we're going to reduce the max player limit to about 38. This worked very fine during the rehearsal. Anyway, it was a real pleasure to watch the aerobatic teams and the solists. I've never seen such tight formations and such clean flown maneuvers. Congrats to everyone who participated! :D EDIT: After the airshow I had a short talk to Han. We think we've discovered a bug: Each time, we set up a password on our server (tornado12) it crashed! At the end of the show, we didn't set up a password and then it run stable. The ED team will check this issue and report the results soon, i think :) So for this evening, the server will not be password protected.

Hi Reaper, :D As already mentioned, the Rehearsal will start at 19.00 GMT. Meeting is in TS; Here are the Connection Details: Hostname / IP: http://www.virtual-jabog32.de:8868 Password: tornado12 The Display will be introduced by a solo display, afterwards the Aerobatic Teams will depart. Since we don't know what aerobatic teams will appear to the rehearsal we haven't got a timetable yet. Right now I'm discussing with Bublik whether we should create a timetable or decide a bit more spontaneously. Would mean that all aerobatic teams who want to fly contact us during the Rehearsal via TS and tell us they want to fly. Then we'll look into our database and then we could tell them at what time the Team could fly. But we'll publish further information soon. :D

@ Battle_Rattle: No, the Aerobatic Teams and the Controllers will be in seperate channels. But we will broadcast the radio chatter of TWR + Aerobatic Teams into the spectator channels. :D Generally yes, but we don't want to have too much spectators at the Rehearsal Date... let us say max about 10... Furthermore, if one Aerobatic Team don't wants to have spectators watching them, you would have to leave the server while they're performing their display. Hi Reaper, :D I think we should switch on "Immortal", due to lag reasons. If there is a short warping and the pilot crashes into an other aircraft, the whole formation and display would be destroyed :( Unlimited Fuel will be turned on only for VBA.

Hi Gents, Today, at about 6.00 am (GMT + 1) the backbone of our ISP failed. As a result, all webservers of our provider aren't reachable. We really apologize for this issue and are very sorry for the people, who try to download the patch from our fast mirror server. :( The engineers are alreay working hard to get the backbone / switch running again. As we got to know from our ISP the switch should run again in about 3-4 hours. EDIT: Download is working again :) JaBoG32_Chrissi
