i have not a clue what any of that means,i am in preschool when it comes to computers.just hoping to start with the basics and working my way up.

i m very new to computers and i don t know if i did this right.i ran the patch,i don t know if i was spost to uninstall and reinstall anything but since i ran the patch everything is real jerky and studdering.it wasn t doing this before the patch. any help would be apreciated thks.
