  1. Foka's post in ACLS mode 1 for sunny day was marked as the answer
You can't. ACLS is for Case III recovery only. Case I and Case II are VFR manual recoveries.
  2. Foka's post in How to request repair? was marked as the answer
If engines are off, your radios or not working. You need to open canopy to talk to the ground crew.
  3. Foka's post in F-18 Kneeboard Problem was marked as the answer
I don't use mods, and I'm using default cockpit.
But I'll check the line, thanks.
Thanks for the clue. My "default" cockpit livery wasn't really default. That was the problem. I had a mess in cockpit liveries.
  4. Foka's post in Correlate TGP and EW signal was marked as the answer
The video doesn't say you can slave TGP to RWR contact. It says, that if you're tracking air contact with TGP it will be corelated with RWR signal.
  5. Foka's post in ACLS was marked as the answer
No, Case II is a merge of Case III and Case I - you have holding and commencing from Case III, but you don't land straight in, but enter Case I pattern.
  6. Foka's post in Quick LSO Grading Question was marked as the answer
3PTS is a long standing bug.
Regarding rate of descend looking from external camera won't help you. Check TacView telemetry or on replay rate of descend on HUD, but replays are not very reliable.

In general AI LSO in DCS isn't very good. It's better to use Air Boss script.

Can't help you with your recoveries if we can't watsch tracks or TacView or video.
  7. Foka's post in JSOW-A AGM-154 What Im doing wrong in TOO? was marked as the answer
Sounds like you're designated WPT with incorrect altitude. Default alt for WPT in mission editor is ~6000 ft. You have to place it on ground level (enter 0, it will self correct for ground level).
It shouldn't act like that on TGP designate.
  8. Foka's post in TACAN/ILS was marked as the answer
    Ok, tested it a bit.
Remove "Go to waypoint" in advanced waypoints. You don't needed. Ship has waypoints and she'll go to them, you don't need advanced option in this case. It's for triggers.
Move weapon HOLD to the bottom.
Give a mission 5-10 seks to run and TACAN and ICLS starts working.
Remember that order of the commands in advanced waypoints does matter - next option will be executed after previous whan have been completed. So when you set "Go to waypoint" mission probably was waiting until CVN reaches WPT1. Didn't test that.

In conclusion - remove redundant commands. Correct carrier setting for carrier ops.

That's the place  when a plug under the panel is placed. If panel seems to work wierdly you can try to push/press on this place to fix the connection.
  10. Foka's post in Autopilot CPL mode problem in CASE III was marked as the answer
Because Link 4 is ACLS system and if you're connected with the system plane "thinks" you're landing.
If you're on penetration part of recovery don't use A/P when you don't have to. When you're in flight, don't turn on Link 4, it's only for ACLS recovery.
  11. Foka's post in Question about ACL mode on CASEs was marked as the answer
No, ACLS works only with Case III conditions.
Yes, you need to communicate with Marshal.
  12. Foka's post in F/A-18C, Laser control with TGP and Gear-Retraction-Warning was marked as the answer
You can't if you damaged landing gear, or gear bay door. Simply solution is - do not overspeed your landing gear.
Here you can read more on this topic:

You can't deploy weapon if gear door is damaged, so blocking arming laser is very probable, but never tested it.
  13. Foka's post in Changing The Time That The Laser Goes Active was marked as the answer
    No you can't.

Also LGB are not made for low level attacks.
  14. Foka's post in Too long in the grove was marked as the answer
Probably you turn base a bit to late, or do it to slow.
  15. Foka's post in JDAM TOO Ripple Issue was marked as the answer
    1. You don't have to change coordinates to precision on HSI. HSI is a navigational display, doesn't play a role in JDAM programming. Target' coordinates are send directly from TGP to JDAM in TOO.
    2. TOO1 and TOO2 programms are unique for each station. When you drop first 4 JDAMs it's not enough to just select TOO2 on one station. You need to change TOO on EACH station. You can also see you're not droping all JDAMs on TOO1 - when you ripple box jumps between TOO1 and TOO2, because you have some stations set to TOO1 and some to TOO2. First set all stations to TOO1, ripple, then you need to TOO2 -> STEP -> TOO2 -> STEP -> TOO2 -> STEP _> TOO2 and now you can ripple second half of bombs.

Instal free version of TacVIew https://www.tacview.net/download/latest/en/
It will record telemetry of all objects in the mission, then you can analize flight and all its telemetry.

  17. Foka's post in JDAM QTY release TOO1 and TOO2 was marked as the answer
Station didn't switch to TOO2 by themselves, when you pressed STEP. They where in TOO2, because you finished programing targets on TOO2. If you want to bomb on TOO1, you need to change it on every station.
I belive you answered your question from last sentence in your first sentence - it didn't happend.
And even if that did - programming 8 targets takes much more time than switchng TOO program on 4 stations.
  18. Foka's post in Dropping 8 jdams using pp mode was marked as the answer
This is TOO and we are talking about PP. And TOO doesn't work that way any more.
No, you can program PP1 and PP2 before attack run, you just need to manually switch from PP1 to PP2. Monitor Stores page on DDI which bombs on which racks are dropping and after drop with PP1 selected from a station, select PP2 for this same station. For example flow should look like this:
    [S]tation2-PP1, S8-PP1, S3-PP1, S7-PP1, S2-PP2, S8-PP2, S3-PP2, S7-PP2.
