Hi, I use this extremely good tool for a few months now, it works flawless for me except for one thing. After a few hours (sometimes minutes) of flying (not all the time...) VAICOM (or VA) stops sending the command through to DCS. I have the beeps, command is perfect, just nothing happens. I have already tried the 'push PTT a little bit longer' but this does not help. However after I release the PTT and push it again, release again, the command goes through. It is enough to push it for like a fraction of a second. It is a bit annoying as I have to pause, switch to VA, close it and restart. Only that helps. Or restarting the mission helps in most of the cases. Do you have any ideas, what to try? I have checked the log and found nothing special.

Hi, Another thing you can try, is to make the call not "Washington, inbound", but "Washington, marking moms". If the Washington and the Krymsk freq is the same this definitely will solve the issue as Krymsk will not understand 'marking moms' but Washington will. I am not a great expert on how this works, but as soon as I started to use 'marking moms' the similar issues ceased to exist. But if really the radio-tx pairs were changed in the Tomcat model, this will not be the solution. Stag

Hi Tomactters, Is it possible to ask Jester via AIRIO to tune the radio to preset channels? I have found that the frequencies can be asked manually (verbally) but I could not find out how to ask Jester to set a preset channel. What is the syntax, if there is any? Thanks for your help! Stag1978

Dear Community, I have a very similar issue. I have upgraded DCS this morning (Stable Version) and VAICOM stopped working correctly. VA just shuts down from time to time and in other cases VAICOM understands the commands but are not communicating to DCS any more. It works for 1-2 minutes than stops working at all, or making other errors (like not having the beep sound, or chatter). I have tried to reset the lua in the control window, no joy. Thanks if you have some idea. EDIT: I have deleted the export.lua from saved games folder, resetted the lua files from VAICOM control panel and it seems that this solves the issue. At least I have flown with the Tomcat for 30-40 minutes without a glitch.

Dear VAICOM Community, First of all thanks for the creators, this is a great immersion enhancement, I have the PRO version and it is really a gamechanger for me, especially in the carrier environment. I have some issues lately unfortunately. I have read through the forum and found the issue on page 9 by Buckeye. Unfortunately the resolve is not in the other posts. The issue is that after my command is understood by VA and VAICOM, I receive the confirmation beep, but nothing happens. Than I have to push the PTT button again (and relase at once) and then my command goes through to DCS. This problem comes and goes, sometimes this is not happening for days or hours of playing, on other days it comes after 30 minutes of gameplay. Restarting VA did not solve it for me. Do you have any ideas how to resolve this issue? Thanks
