I found the Netflix app for Windows 10 also prevents screensaver from working. I uninstalled it. Now, I do not need to unplug my controllers to start screensaver.

I found the Netflix app for Windows 10 also prevents screensaver from working when my controllers are plugged in. Now, I uninstalled Netflix app and I do not need to unplug controllers to start screensaver.
