Currently if you upgrade to version BETA 0.4 you can select only left or right MFCD on one tablet. Support for both MFCDs on one tablet is not yet implemented. Also the program is still dumb, if you lost connection you must kill programs as you describet. I will try to improve this but have little time sorry

Hi, i have not tested it on VM but I don't understand why you would like to run in under Windows XP - do you have touchscreen ? If this is the reason I can compile DCSpanelsClient for Windows which will run naturally here under Java

DCSpanelsServer version BETA 0.3 is available - you can download it from http://www.lumatek.sk Please use this version instead of 0.2 (0.2 is buggy version which don't run correctly) In 0.3 there is also added support for second MFCD display keypresses, please update your keys in DCS, you can download new keys PDF template and new keys LUA file from http://www.lumatek.sk Please note that for using second MFCD keys - version DCSpanelsClient BETA 0.3 is required (DCSpanelsClient 0.1a will show second MFCD but will always send keypresses for first MFCD). I have not released DCSpanelsClient BETA 0.3 version on Google play yet, it will be relased probably on Monday.

If you have Kindle Fire 1st gen it will definitely not work cause it is based on Android 2.3.3 If you have 2nd gen it should work ,but Kindle fire has its own version of Android with differences , it is based on Android 4.0.3 I don't have Kindle Fire so I am not able to test it on this device

Looks good for Windows 7 users, tnanx,I will try it

Hi all yes you must have at least 2nd monitor - it is used for exporting pictures from MFCDs and CDU Ideal solution will be to access pictures from sensors via shared memory so it will be exported directly without need of another monitor, but I don't have dcs documentation for this and AFAIK currently it is not possible. I was searching also for solution to instal "virtual" monitor to Windows but AFAIK it is not possible. Idea behind this app was that if someone would like to build simple cockpit, he can plug any crap old 2nd monitor and then export 2 MFCDs and CDU to 3 separate Android devices (support for multiple Android devices will be added soon) Please if you use this app, send me which exactly Android device do you have, it will helps me with debug. Thank you Cheers, Lubos

Hi, I have published DCSpanels version BETA 0.1 which is composed of 2 products: - DCSpanelsServer (Java PC application) you can dowload it from www.lumatek.sk - DCSpanelsClient (Android app) you can download it form GooglePlay (but still after 4 hours not visible there, Google says it may take hours to publish it so we must wait) Please don't expect too much, it is only first BETA version ! There will be for sure many bugs and maybe it will not run on your device ! Design of apps is still ugly and also web is still ugly, it will take some time to improve it. Please read instructions on www.lumatek.sk Cheers, Lubos

Hi I will publish BETA version 0.1 (server app) on my web server with requirements and descriptions how to install server app and client (from Google Play) this week. I am not able to manage release as I want - to send it first to testers, fix problems and then publish it to public due to lack of free time. I will release it as it is, and I suppose that there will be some problems with especially devices with another display ratio than 16:10. I will try to fix bugs if you left me feedback, but I dont know how long it will last to fix them. I will send link to my webserver here in 2 days. Cheers, Lubos

PC app for transmitting picture and listening for keypresses has about 1000 lines of code Android CDU app has about 2000 lines of code Android MFCD app has about 1300 lines
-
Thanx I write it from beginning due to your reqest from 21st August ;)

CDU version 0.6 - more eye candy - fast response

Currently yes it is for A-10C only, if I have it debugged and polished for A-10 maybe I will add another aircrafts. Sorry I am using different way for exporting instrruments for A-10, it is simple cause every instrument has its init scripts in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\A-10C\Cockpit\Scripts but for FC3 there is no such directory and from what I see from your snippet you are using different way so I don't know answer.

I have made skeleton for CDU. It works, but have ugly buttons and big lag. The question is if I can use button bitmaps from game or should I ask Flying legends (as copyright holder for DCS) for permission.
-
I can add to menu connection via hostname also if it helps.
-
Currently I am exporting only sensors from A-10C there are diffrent paths, I don't try exporting FC3 sensors yet.

Helios is great profi software, curently I am not able to implement it. Implementing and increasing details for MFCD and CDU will be enough for me for several months. It works via WLAN - it connects to PC ip address.
-
But I can put small 2 LCD monitors behind it right ?
-
Great hardware Jetkar, you can use still my application for controlling CDU. BTW I plan to buy this Thrustmaster MFCD too.
