Thanks Hornblower 793, but that's what I've been doing. The clipboard pastes the last thing I copied in windows before. Ie, there is nothing copied to clipboard by Vaicom Pro.

Hi, Just purchased kneeboard and Supercarrier ATC. Can't get either to work. Followed instructions about 10 times now, to the letter, so need help. Add license number (have tried both one after the other and each one entirely separately). At the FINISH stage nothing is ever copied to windows clipboard, so nothing to paste into AI commands. Could you please tell me what is going wrong, or send me the correct comments to paste in? Thank you.
