Blackshark 3 Steam Price discount?

I have bought BS2 originally from steam, then after I got standalone DCS, I moved all under it and most of my modules are now from DCS site. In order to get BS3 upgrade, I need to do that via steam, does than mean that I have also install steam version of DCS along with my standalone DCS?
