For your information, I have bought two licences directly from Heatblur shop and in December Heatblur has sent me the code for a 10% discount so I guess I am really entitled.

when I placed an order for a Gunfighter Mk.III ‘F-14 Combat Edition on the EU shop, I placed the coupon received from Heatblur for a 10% discount and the 10% was not processed, was not accepted, however, I have checked out without discount being processed could you please tell me, if there is still possible to reduce the discount over my purchase by 10% or it's too late?

How can you even spend over 4000 euros on their site? Even with multiple bases, a couple of throttles and all of their grips, that would be hard to reach. And it's not even possible to spend that much there right now since they are out of everything expect the WarBrd base, base plates and springs. :-)
when I send them such a message it means I bought from them since June 2018, for over 4000 euros, now I should prove it to you, I have bought a lot of thing in multiple copies since they exist, I have 5 computers each dedicated to a module,

Me too, following a ticket, opened it's been about 3 months that they told me that they were going to organize the collection of my V.F.X grip but nothing, no news, each time I send them a reminder it remains unanswered
once when I told them that I bought them beyond 4000 euros of their product, the control person told me that '' I was deeply sorry that he will send a new grip to send him my address and I assign a date and since no news,

NO the connector will be the same. We totally understand the feelings of the guys who lived through v1 to v2 transition and although it is impossible to promise anything for years ahead, but we will try to keep this connector in use for as long as possible. So far nothing calls for its replacement, it does its job fine, and we are not planning any modifications to it.
So in what, they are different MKII and MKIII outside the connector

Based on my experiences with PayPal, knowing that I use PayPal every month, I have had conflicts with a handful of sellers in the past and I won all my cases through PayPal, which I share here as the following :
No matter when we placed our order, the seller has not fulfilled his obligations or commitments in compliance with what he defined at the first place toward the buyers whom we are. Even if we had received the good and it did not meet our expectations, we still had the right, we were entitled to open a dispute through PayPal and PayPal must to protect us (buyers). this also applies to the seller, if the customer abuses, then I don't see how we can be wrong, I don't think that a delay or a deadline in our case could prevent us to open a dispute since we( the customer) had placed our orders with the seller and the seller, by multiple apologies, has postponed the delivery time not once but a few times and put the customers in a state of perpetual confusion and in a situation of total darkness by his long silence .
as my understanding, the product was not salable as-is condition because of a lot of imperfections. the product was tried by the reviewer was imperfect, none of them was fully satisfied this because of lack of experience on the part of the seller/manufacturer who now tries to recapture its imperfections, alist of this imperfection all already published.
So it's up to us to make the decision whether or not to keep our order, but if we decide to cancel it, PayPal, Winwing must do everything to pay back any of us, as quickly as possible without any additional costs, whatsoever

you're absolutely right, I'm a little disappointed, but all the reviewers found a lot of problems, one of the testers told me about the set he received there are a lot of rusty spots, this product did not have a beta tester and these reviewers are the beta test of Winwing to eliminate these problems, so there is delay and he does not answer, he may catch up

I think Winwing opened the pre-order in July, I ordered the 10th of July

I converted my Cougar throttle to USB using Leo Bodnar's BU0836 some time ago, so this might help.
This is what the base PCB looked like when I traced the connections. Note that there are two unused pins on the big ribbon connector. I seem to remember it was essential to get the offset in the right direction when connecting!

This base PCB was then discarded, and connections made to the BU0836 to provide the USB output.

At that time I did not have facilities for making PCBs, so the connections were a dogs breakfast on Veroboard.. However , none of this is visible and it works perfectly.
What about using RS TUSBA R2 directly
I have a brand new TQS and RS TUSBA R2 but I have not had the opportunity to see if it works under Windows 10, as it should
I also have a USB circuit board from Warthog, as I'm not a handyman, so I did not want to try

There are two solutions, one being more realistic than the other - so I will now divulge this very one:
When the grips are made and in storage but the sales are not yet officially launched, we will (based on the number of pre-orders at our EU dealer) arrange a shipment to the EU. So that when the sales start, the cargo is already like half way to Rotterdam. It may not make the grips available at exactly the same time on both sides of the pond, but will at least shorten the waiting by 2 weeks or more.

Yeah I'm kinda the same. I did order the hotas but I think I will continue to use the virpil cm2 base and TM F18 stick which is a combination I love
I'm exactly in the same situation, I'm disappointed a little when have seen reviews, while I expected more.
Winning is in an important turning point of his life career in unprofessional simulation field early days and before launching his product on the market, if he misses his commitments and if the product is below expectations, well, it would be a shame and a waste. resources for nothing,
so it'll be fun if TM takes out an F18 Throttle at least their F18 grip was an exact 1/1 F18 replica.

Imagine something brakes when you do that, so, what are you going to do? you or someone else will send them back again to China? it is better they rectify these PBs prior to shipment even if it causes a delay.
When you had received your Warthog, have you had these things to do, I assume not everyone is a DIY person
even with Virpil and Vkb, there are not as many screws and pins to tighten or loosen

I wouldn't argue with anyone, but just look at the DCS F18 Flightmaual and Chuck's guide where the padel is on the stick
also TM produced a replica one/ one of the stick of F18 with a padel under Beoing licence, I admit that I am a little confused.
The only explnation here The RS F18 stick is the replica of F/A-18E Super Hornet while in DCS we have F/A-18C ,so maybe !
In addition, here after in the Redkite video link, you will see that it explains that there is a padel and its functions on the ground and in the air.
That said, I use the RS F16SGRH-CE on an FSSB-R3 lighting bought on last November and another second FSSB-R3 lighting with a warthog stick and I am very pleased with both of them
