ok , how can i use it ?

i used xbox 360 controller bumpers (works with other controlls)

i have 2 issues with this mods. 1: while flying both aircraft im unable to increse thrust anyhow. 2: while dogfighting this aircraft (bots can operate it without problem), plane becomes invisible from around 5000m to merge distance any ideas whats wrong ?
