  1. Is it me or does my pilots G actions sound like Hawk Tah, Hawk Tah, Hawk Tah Is he giving a blow job?
  2. I'm with you on this Chuck, two points: 1. I have many hours in the spit and haven't had this problem for years, it seems to have gotten much easier to rip your wings off recently. 2. The new G model is far more subtle and therefore difficult to see and use, in the past I could modulate the tightness of my turn using the blackout 'tunnel' and prevent wings coming off or blackout, now if I'm under the shade of a cloud or in darkening conditions I can't even see the blackout coming and suddenly BAM wings go or blackout instant. Makes it much harder to use the spitfire's key strength. Id like them to tweak the G effect a little to be less subtle or a color which doesn't blend with the shade and shadows so its discernable. and I'd like my wings back :_)
  3. STEAM HAS RIPPED ME OFF I have the same problem as stated in the posts above. I use Steam exclusively and already owned The Channel and Normandy 1.0 maps. I use the Open Beta. 1.On purchasing I think Steam didn't recognize owning the 2 maps and has over charged me for the N2 purchase. 2.I only have the Normandy upgrade showing (confirmed in mission builder) and not the expanded map, so I have not got London and Paris is low res. 3.I have followed BigNewey's suggestions to verify files, uncheck stuff etc with no luck. Whilst I understand there are glitches and bugs in new releases not only have I not got what I paid for I have been over charged for what little I got. I'm OK to wait for the team to resolve the Map side of things but how is the overpayment addressed? Q? Who do we pursue for a remedy on this, ED, Ugra or Steam?????
  4. I have a i7 9700K which has 8 cores and 8 threads but doesn’t come with the Hyper-Threading. Does DCS MT still work with this processor?
  5. I was enjoying 2.7 immensely but began getting a lot of crashes, during games and when entering, I’d spent some time optimising my settings with great results, I have an upper mid range computer. Understanding this is a Beta and many of these issues would be patched I was happy to continue. Progressively the crashing became more common until eventually, I had a crash from which my computer didn’t recover, it’s in the shop now undergoing repair (looks like I’ll miss the sale) and likely to cost me $$$$$. it’s pretty bad when a game is so buggy that it kills computers so a word of warning to my fellow flyers, your computer can only crash so many times before it is mortally wounded.
