I’ve experienced a similar issue, and here’s how I resolved it: When starting up the systems, avoid turning on DL (Datalink) and MIDS LVT right away. Wait until the alignment is completed and the INS is set to NAV. After that, turn on DL first, followed by MIDS LVT. Within a short time, friendly aircrafts should start appearing on the system, and your wingman will also appear shortly after takeoff.

You should change your native resolution to your DSR resolution via Nvidia Control Panel. For example, if your native resolution is 3840x2160, change it to DSR 5120x2880 (1.78 DL). Also, make sure to check your refresh rate. Then, launch the game and adjust the in-game resolution accordingly. The game should restart using the DSR resolution.
