Georges as pilot crashes when slowing down to 0

Just for the record, and solidarity. I can confirm this has happened during my use of George as well. Accelerating to at 70kts, 650ft, commanded to 0kts, and George entered what I assume was a protracted VRS state for which he is apparently untrained or unable to recognise.
